Franco DRAGONE, well known for his creations for the CIRQUE DU SOLEIL, Céline DION’s show in Las Vegas and THE HOUSE OF DANCING WATER show in China, has called upon his talent for many years. Luc PETIT was responsible for staging DISNEY CINEMA PARADE in Paris, the opening ceremony of EUROFOOT 2000 in Brussels, the inauguration of the ALTIRA HOTEL in Macau, in the presence of the actor CHOW Yun-fat hyping up the event, a sumptuous INDIAN WEDDING in Venice with the participation of SHAKIRA and the GOTAN PROJECT as guest stars, and a show in Harbin in China for WANDA GROUP. He is also responsible for managing the casting of a Franco DRAGONE production in Abu Dhabi.

On a personal level, he has worked on projects for NESPRESSO, BNP PARIBAS FORTIS, BELGACOM, MOBISTAR, ORANGE, THALYS and BESIX. He designed two events for the company AMWAY CHINA, integrating video mapping, water fountains, impressive magic acts and performances. Under the artistic direction of Marco BALICH, and in collaboration with FILMMASTER EVENTS, a company known for the creation of prestigious ceremonies, such as the TURIN AND SOTCHI OLYMPIC GAMES, he conceived a corporate show in Ukraine set on a floating stage in the middle of a lake. He also organised an incredible water show with acrobatic divers for TELENET. Luc PETIT has also relived the mythical cinema’s studio of Cinecittà by presenting a roman parade in the legendary  film set and a dinner show where Emeli SANDE and Alicia KEYS took part.

Also highly active in Belgium, his shows featuring projected images can be enjoyed in Tournai and Dinant, as well as an event to celebrate the launch of Mons 2015 – Capitale européenne de la Culture and a sound and light show in Bastogne, within the framework of the commemorations for the 70th anniversary of the Battle of the Ardennes, for which he, and TEMPORA, were awarded the Trophée de l’Evénement Exceptionnel in Cannes.

In 2015, he was staging INFERNO, the opening show for the bicentenary of the legendary Battle of Waterloo, a huge show in the middle of the fields and bringing together more than 300 re-enactors, fifty horses and 250 artists. At the EuBea Festival 2015 in Seville, the bicentenary events, produced and organised by VO COMMUNICATION and VERHULST EVENTS & PARTNERS, has won 8 awards including the Best European Event, Best Cultural Event and Best Creative Director. At the Hougoumont Farm, Luc PETIT created a multimedia space and he restored the battle between Napoleon and Wellington thanks to the three moving large bas-relief.

His imagination has given rise to the NOCTURNALES, a new concept of heritage operas, developed with Michel TEHEUX who wanted to highlight the architectural wealth of cathedrals and patrimonial buildings. The NOËL DES CATHÉDRALES tour, and now LES FÉERIES DE BELOEIL are some illustrations of his imagination. In December 2019, the association has organised the fabulous show LES ROUTES DE LA LIBERTÉ for the commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge.

Luc PETIT also created urban operas such as DECROCHER LA LUNE, the underground light and sound show ORIGIN at the caves of Han and parades, including one dedicated to Jean Paul GAULTIER in Montreal, in collaboration with Danielle ROY. Together, they were responsible for the artistic co-direction of the outdoor part and the street arts FESTIVAL JUSTE POUR RIRE.

Since 2012, the musical inspired by the story of PETER PAN – featuring a mixture of dance, singing, acrobatics, lighting effects and videos – conceptualized by Luc PETIT and his team as the biggest video mapping show for arenas, is continuing his success with a world tour and has already been welcomed by hundreds of thousands of showgoers in Europe, but also in Dubai, Doha, Singapore and Taipei.

In April of 2019 took place the big premiere of the QING SHOW in Qingdao (China), a permanent show based on the legend of the Eight Immortals and presented in a theatre for 1500 people which was specially built for that purpose to present a unique scenography never seen before in East Asia.

A true magician of theatre arts, Luc PETIT combines all the most innovative disciplines and technical means to present, at each show, stunning atmospheres that nevertheless remain within the context of his artistic and human approach.
